No. Agency Commander is a hosted internet based program. It is designed to be accessed though the internet to provide the most flexibility.

Am I limited to the number of users that can have access to Agency Commander?

There is no limit to the number of users that can access Agency Commander at the same time. However, each user would need to have internet access to access Agency Commander.

Will Agency Commander work with other browsers like Firefox?

Agency Commander can be accessed with any browser available today.

What is the set-up cost for?

The setup cost is to provide your agency with the proper training and setup to use the system effectively.

Can I pay by any other method than credit card?

You Can pay for Agency Commander With a credit card for monthly and annual hosting. If you choose the annual hosting option, we will accept checks.

What are your support hours?

Support Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Is Agency Commander an "Agency Management System"?

Agency Commander has many of the functions of an agency management system, however, Agency Commanders primary focus is on customer service.

Can I access Agency Commander anytime?

24 Hours a day 7 days a week, as long as you have an internet connection.

Can you do a data conversion?

Data conversions are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please call or email us with the details of your data for an evaluation.

Why is Agency Commander so inexpensive?

Agency Commander is based on SugarCRM. This program is open source and available to anyone. We have customized this product for use by insurance agents and deliver it as a service.

Can I go "paperless" with Agency Commander?

Yes, Agency Commander lets you attach any document you would like to the policy, account, or contact for easy retrieval anytime.

Agency Commander also has an a section in the program that you can save frequently used forms and other items that are not related to the customer such as forms and brochures. These items can be downloaded and printed, or even attached to emails.
