Agency Commander includes a full email client and email address for each user. Users can create email templates that will merge data from the contact information to make the email appear customized. These templates support html code and can also automatically have documents attached . The sender information can also be inserted automatically, as well as the signature line.

When you send an email to a contact in Agency Commander a copy of the email is attached to that account so there is no need to print it out.
