No. Agency Commander is a hosted internet based program. It is designed to be accessed though the internet to provide the most flexibility.
Am I limited to the number of users that can have access to Agency Commander?
There is no limit to the number of users that can access Agency Commander at the same time. However, each user would need to have internet access to access Agency Commander.
Will Agency Commander work with other browsers like Firefox?
Agency Commander can be accessed with any browser available today.
What is the set-up cost for?
The setup cost is to provide your agency with the proper training and setup to use the system effectively.
Can I pay by any other method than credit card?
You Can pay for Agency Commander With a credit card for monthly and annual hosting. If you choose the annual hosting option, we will accept checks.
What are your support hours?
Support Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Is Agency Commander an "Agency Management System"?
Agency Commander has many of the functions of an agency management system, however, Agency Commanders primary focus is on customer service.

24 Hours a day 7 days a week, as long as you have an internet connection.
